Looking for a new job, one of the requirements in one of the companies that I was applying for is having a portfolio type of design layouts. I was very excited to do the sample designs that I have to submit after two days from the interview. The thing is they require each of the two samples design in two different file formats, PSD and HTML5. Working in the designing industry for years, I can say that I have mastered most of the current and mainstream design layout formats. It takes months maybe even a year to be able to easily maneuver a specific program and use it to its best potentials. That is why newly released design and their formats are sometimes difficult to use. My design no matter how great it is would not be accepted  if it is in a PDS format only.
